Initially built in 1754 as a house of correction, over time it has been the County Gaol, Military Prison, Somerset Police HQ, Taunton Police Station and then the Avon and Somerset Police Headquarters.
The site has been repurposed into a Multi-Use location. Enjoying a mix of workshops, offices and storage units. Now the permanent home to Team Spartan Boxing Gym and Silk & Cells an Aerial Dance Studio.
There are 3 separate buildings being used for property guardianship. With over 50 living spaces, We have more than 35 long term guardians on site.

Guardians pay a rolling monthly licence fee, starting from £450 with the average sized room costing £550. 1 months licence fee is taken as a security deposit. Your deposit, returned back to you within 28 days.
